INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments are sent from Seoul, Korea.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within two to three business days. Orders placed on national holidays are shipped within three business days. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding national holidays). A shipment email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide once the order ships.

While your package will ship within two to three business days, you may experience further delays in transit due to Covid-19.

For international orders, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.

Due to Covid-19 related shipping days, we are currently experiencing International transit times of up to 45 days with our EMS Shipping option.  Your tracking number has the most up-to-date information on your parcel's whereabouts.
