Returns are accepted within 30 days from the order date.

Follow the link above to process a return. OPEN PLAN is unable to create return labels for orders outside of KOREA. Please ship with your preferred shipping method. International return labels must provide a tracking number and insurance is suggested. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.

RETURN POLICY

Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags and packaging intact. Swimwear must be unworn and still have the hygiene strip in place. Exchanges are not automated at this time. To make an exchange return the original items for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.
